A performance coaching programme for senior professionals, with health and lifestyle as the driving force.
One coach. Built around each individual.
Who It's For
We’ve worked with individuals from law, investment banking, asset management, private equity and tech.
We specialise in supporting people as they prepare for demanding new roles, making the most of the period before they start and helping them establish the foundations for sustained performance.
The programme is particularly relevant for new hires on gardening leave when there is an opportunity for an individual to step back, take stock and make meaningful changes before the demands of a new position begin.
The programme can also be provided to existing employees where a firm wants to support health and performance at an important point in someone’s career. Making partner or being promoted for example.
Performance, Built From
Health and Lifestyle
We work on what matters most to each client. That could mean sleep, movement, energy levels, relationship with food or alcohol. Just as often, it's about making time again for something that's been pushed down the list for longer than it should have been. It's about participants prioritising themselves again.
Get that right, and performance follows.
How We Work
The CHP PACE Framework: Pause, Assess, Choose, Embed. Coaches ask the questions; they don't hand out instructions. With the guidance of a trained coach, each participant chooses their own plan and is held to it.

Evidence Through Experience
“The programme allowed me to move beyond guessing about whether I was functioning OK, to knowing, and being able to focus on the things that really impact my performance.”
“Each session had a clear purpose, we tracked progress against specific areas, and the regular check-ins created a genuine sense of accountability.”
How We Report
For employer-sponsored programmes, anonymised engagement and outcome summaries can be made available when multiple participants from the same organisation complete the programme. Individual findings, coaching sessions, and biomarker results are never shared with employers.
Engagement
An overview of cohort participation and engagement throughout the programme.
Outcome Summary
A high-level summary of anonymised outcomes, insights, and areas of progress.
Performance starts with clarity.
Our programmes support professionals as they step into a new role, using a structured, data-led approach to health and performance to help establish the foundations for sustained performance from the outset.
