Hugh Middleton
I have spent almost fifteen years in asset management and on London trading floors, living the same routines most people fall into. Late nights, client events, rich food and too much alcohol. I lived it, and saw how easily these habits build up and chip away at people’s health.
One Saturday morning, hungover and tired of repeating the same loop, I decided to stop drinking and signed up for a coach training course. I didn’t know where it would lead. I just knew something had to change. That decision eventually led me to becoming a fully accredited coach and mentor.
The coaching process made me look directly at the habits I’d been ignoring and how they were dragging down my performance. As I made changes, I also wanted something more than self awareness. I wanted data. Blood testing gave me that. It showed, clearly, how my body responded when I removed alcohol, slept properly, trained consistently and handled stress differently.
Those experiments became the foundation of City Health Partners.
The idea is simple. When people see what’s happening inside their body and have someone who understands the pressure of their world to help them act on it, change becomes easier and more sustainable.
My aim is to give people in corporate life a clearer picture of their health and the support to make changes before the consequences catch up with them.
